Behavioral Wellness

Behavioral wellness describes the connection between the health and well-being of your body, mind and spirit and your behavior. Behavioral wellness refers to how our daily habits affect our overall well-being, emotions, biology, and behavior. Behavioral wellness impacts conscious actions reflecting your values and beliefs. It is also the outward manifestation of wellness in action. Often used interchangeably with mental health, it is actually a far more expansive term that incorporates not just our mental wellness, but the way our thoughts play out in real life. Your mind and body is all one system. Behaviors impact your wellness and your wellness is reflected in behaviors.
